A return flight and a lot of fun. Many of the tourists who visit Ibiza don’t need any more than that. Nor do they need accommodation, as they opt to sleep on the plane after a long night of partying on the island.
This is the image found by a British passenger returning to Leeds after this weekend and echoed by the Facebook account ‘Ibiza Time’. The man, seated in the front rows of the plane made himself a selfie and when he looked at it he noticed the picture. Behind him everyone was sleeping.
The photo has been shared on networks with the message “A guy took this photo on the way home! From Ibiza…all half dead behind him” and as of Wednesday it already has 52,000 views and more than 5,000 comments.
This image is quite common, especially in summer, both on flights taking off from Ibiza and at the airport itself, where hundreds of tourists wait asleep in any corner for their flight to depart.
