Salt Bae’s Ibiza complex: Tracking the progress of the famous Turkish chef’s project

“Would you like to have a magnificent house in Ibiza? Our sales on our project will start very soon”, reports Nusret Gökçe on his Instagram account.

Turkish celebrity chef Nusret Gökçe known as Salt Bae, owner of a future apartment and restaurant complex in Ibizahas posted a video on its profile showing how construction work is progressing, with an expected completion date of summer 2025.

 

 

 

“Would you like to have a magnificent house in Ibiza? Our sales on our project will start very soon”, has informed Salt Bae on his Instagram account.

A few meters from the Ibiza Gran Hotel, at the beginning of Vuit d’Agost Avenue, work began last December on the construction of a new residential and hotel complex in Ibiza building that will have 51 apartments, four restaurants and subway parking for eighty cars. It is the most ambitious project of the famous chef, who has chosen the island of Ibiza to open his first restaurant in Spain.

One hundred million euros

The purchase of the land and the work will cost 100 million euros and will generate “many jobs”, explained the chef’s entourage.

Nusret Gökçe has relied on the local knowledge and international expertise of Bovis from CBRE for the development of the project and the construction of the new restaurant will implement its Project Management service through the management of deadlines, costs and quality and ensuring the result from the tenders to the final delivery of the homes and the restoration offer.
