Aqualandia to transform into exclusive ‘Clap House’ social club

The brothers Aleix and Eric Sanllehy real estate developers and owners of the S15 Group are behind a new project on the island: the conversion of the emblematic Aqualandia water park, located in Cap Martinet, at Clap House, a exclusive social club and restaurant open all year round.

This project will be carried out in conjunction with the Middle East-based catering and entertainment company Addmind Group, and nationally recognized restaurateur Alberto Hidalgocreating a “unique synergy in the restaurant and entertainment sector in Ibiza”, as highlighted by Grupo S15 in a statement.

With an extension of 15.000 square metersthis project “will transform the aquatic park into a vibrant meeting point that will combine haute cuisine with various leisure activities focused on wellness,” they add.

This complex will have a gym, paddle tennis courts or rooms for the practice of yoga and pilateswith the aim of offering a “healthy and active lifestyle”, as explained by the company Aleix Sanllehy.

Clap, one of Addmind Group’s concepts that has expanded beyond its Middle Eastern roots, opening locations in cities such as London and now Ibiza, will be the main restaurant in this space.

This establishment will offer a “sensory gastronomic experience together with the authentic taste of the japanese cuisine next to a 50-meter swimming pool, surrounded by lush vegetation, exclusive VIP cabanas, Balinese beds and hammocks.”

Architectural design

The architectural design of this renovated space has been carried out from S15 Group with the aim of “revitalizing the area with a sustainable and modern approach” and creating an environment “that favors well-being and socialization throughout the year on the island,” notes Eric Sanllehy.
