Beach closed
In the meantime, access and circulation will be prevented along the shore area of the beach that could be affected by a possible landslide.
A municipal technician has inspected the top of the cliff, which is difficult to access, and has been able to verify the existence of large cracks and fragmented material with little support in a stretch of several meters, posing a very high risk of falling boulders and stones on the bathing area.
Once the situation was identified, City Council staff proceeded to mark and secure the area of greatest risk.
