The Rock Train returns with 20 concerts in Cala de Bou

The Cala de Bou Express will take place on Saturday 14th October at around fifteen stops

The Rock Train will return next Saturday 14th October in the fourth edition of the Cala de Bou Express, an event created in 2019 and which has become one of the star events of the Fiestas of Cala de Bou and Port des Torrent, organised by the Town Hall and the residents’ associations.

The Rock Train will begin its journey at 12 noon and will transport attendees to the various ‘stations’ arranged by the organization, close to the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood that will offer the best live music in addition to its classic offer of snacks and drinks at popular prices. More than fifteen bands will participate in this edition, including Swingin Tonic, Soul Doctor, Calle Boogaloo, Dr. Trapero, The Metrallas, Verónica San Juan, Shakatribe and more.

On the other hand, there will also be itinerant artists (Jordi&Mario) and the charanga of the Casa de Cantabria in Valencia.

“It is exciting to see the evolution of this event, which began as a proposal to energize the area but has grown to become a great end-of-season party for the bars and the day of greatest call within the festivities of the neighborhood,” says Danilo Martinez Boerr, organizer and creator of Cala de Bou Express.

The organization informs that through the website Caladebou.express and the QR codes visible on the posters of the event you can follow the route of the trains in real time, as well as check the stops, participating establishments, performances and schedules.
