Twelve hours of vacation in Ibiza. That’s the length of time it took a group of women from Manchester to enjoy the island. Beer, beach, sun and zero family obligations, that’s what these six mothers shared on the profile of one of them on Tik Tok.
“Fifteen kids between all of us… the moms are going to Ibiza for twelve hours, we’ll be back to take you to school,” they assured on the social network next to the photo album of their brief but intense time on the island, and the famous song Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
Rebecca Ratcliffe, 38, a native of Manchester, decided to take six return flights to Ibiza for herself and five other mothers from her children’s school to come on a Sunday to sunbathe and drink cocktails, the UK’s Daily Star newspaper reports. “It was a great day. I had an amazing time,” the British woman told the Daily Star. “You feel refreshed after 12 hours in the sun,” she said.
