Neighbours noticed unusual activity and reported it to the local police. Despite this, action from the City Council of Ibiza has been slow. Former tenants describe dire living conditions, paying โฌ400 monthly for cramped, unhygienic spaces. Authorities have identified individuals marketing the property illegally. Neighbours and local businesses are concerned about the impact on the area, while awaiting judicial authorization for the City Council to inspect and address the issue.
