On Tuesday will be a transition day with hardly any precipitation or strong wind, according to weather forecasts. On Wednesday a new Atlantic squall will arrive that will affect the northwest quadrant of the peninsula with heavy showers and very strong gusts of wind, but its impact will not be significant in the rest of the territory.

It will be at late Wednesday, but especially on Thursday, when the effects of squall ‘Ciarán’ will be felt. Cit will start entering the northwest peninsular, where it is expected to leave heavy showers occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms in Galicia, the Cantabrian area and the western Pyrenees, warns Aemet.
