The Spanish Navy has intercepted two Russian warships in the waters south of the Balearic Islands, the Kilo II class submarine, armed with high-precision, long-range Kalibr-PL cruise missiles, and the naval tug ‘Sergey Balk’, which had entered Spanish waters, according to the Spanish Defence Staff in a communiqué.
