The group created in the social network serves to put tenants and tenants in contact with each other interested in obtaining housing on the island, a mission that is almost impossible nowadays, whether the properties are for rent or for sale. The conditions are that the rental that is communicated must be of annual character.
However, it is not necessary to go far in the publications of the page to realize that these rules are omitted by almost all users. The vacation rental offersalthough many specify that they are licensed, they promote themselves through the group to get their clients for the beginning of the season.
What is surprising is the modest price for which the accommodations are advertised: just one euro. The offer includes mostly luxury villas located in different parts of the island with swimming pool, dreamlike views and unimaginable dimensions. This amount consists of a symbolic figure that users who rent these homes use to be able to make them visible on the page so that they are not penalized.
