Two people were arrested on landing at Ibiza airport for having sex in the lavatory of a plane in mid-flight. The incident, which occurred on an EasyJet flight from Luton to Ibiza on 8 September, was in breach of the UK’s Sexual Offences Act 2004, which specifically prohibits this type of activity in public toilets.

The airline EasyJet reports that the flight “was met by police on arrival due to the behavior of two passengers on board.” Thus, the authorities have already detained the couplewho will have to answer to the British justice system.
