A fanny pack containing drugs including about sixty grams of cocaine, eight of ecstasy, one of hashish, two of marijuana, five of ketamine, twenty of liquid ecstasy,six of 2CB and almost 70 euros in cash has resulted in a man being arrested by the Policía Nacional last Thursday for a crime of drug trafficking, after he went to claim it after losing it in a premisis on Ibiza.
The incedent occurred at 6:45am on June 23, reported the Superior Headquarters of the Balearic Islands. The security personnel of the establishment found a fanny pack “with a large amount of drugs, apparently narcotics”.
Shortly thereafter, a 41-year-old man of Syrian origin showed up at the premises claiming the fanny pack, so the security personnel detained him and notified the police.
Drugs result in arrest for crime agains public health
When the agents arrived and identified the individual, he acknowledged that “both the fanny pack and the narcotic drugs belonged to him”, according to the Policía Nacional, and added that at that moment the man was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health.
