The second edition of Ibiza Pride’s Young&Proud will bring the musical ‘Conecta2’ to the island

The show is an adaptation of a 40 Principales musical and will be presented at the Caló de s'Oli auditorium

The second edition of the Young&Proud festival will once again come to the Caló de s’Oli auditorium on Sunday the 11th of June, this time with the musical ‘Conecta2’ as the main attraction. This show is an adaptation by director and choreographer Yolanda Crespo of a musical produced by 40 Principales.

“This is a version of the musical to which we have added a lgtbiq message to transmit, through their characters, values of diversity and acceptance. The important thing is to be happy,” explains Crespo in a note sent by the organization of Ibiza Pride.

Actors from Ibiza will perform in this musical accompanied by a cast of dancers between 11 and 20 years old, with a musical repertoire ranging from the 80s to the present day.

Yolanda Crespo is one of the best choreographers in Spain and stage director of plays for children, youth and all audiences. She has won dance and scenography competitions worldwide. In this sense, the director of Ibiza Pride, Antonio Balibrea, has pointed out that “Yolanda is one of the best choreographers in Spain incredible professional and his track record is brutal. He’s been collaborating with Pride with small actions for four years now and this year we decided it was time for him to present his larger work.”
