A four-handed dinner at the Nobu Ibiza Bay Hotel

Damien Duviau and Enrico Maimonte, executive chefs at Nobu Atlantis Dubai and Nobu Ibiza Bay, will be in charge of preparing the seven-course menu.

The Nobu restaurant, located in the hotel of the same name on Ibiza’s Talamanca beach, is offering a unique gastronomic experience today Friday and tomorrow Saturday: ‘Four hands Omakase dinner’.

Damien Duviau y Enrico Maimonte executive chefs of Nobu Atlantis Dubai and Nobu Ibiza Bay, respectively, will join forces to create a unique and original menu. It will be composed of seven dishesall of them made with top quality products. A unique gastronomic experience that will reflect the excellence of authentic elite cuisine, in the purest Nobu style.

This will be the first of four dinners they will do under this concept throughout the season, one per month.

The price of the menu is 170 euros (drinks not included) and reservations are essential.
