“This Ibiza municipality has the largest number of tourist spots,” said Eduardo Sánchez, Concejal for Tourism Promotion, “and this year the message we want to send to our visitors is that they are in the best place to get to know the island beyond its internationally reknowned beaches through nature outings or by discovering our crafts”.

On this day, starting in the morning, you can take part in outings to discover the ses Salines Natural Park environment in a different way. The first, scheduled at 10am, is planned as a three-hour walk through the main areas that contain ethnological and heritage features of this protected area. The visit will start at the OIT and continue through sa Torre des Carregador, the cave where Rafael Alberti took refuge during Franco’s military coup, the Munt de Sal, the Xanga and the lagoons until reaching Sant Francesc de s’Estany.
