Hotel Aguas de Ibiza reopens its doors this Friday May 14 counting on a good season for the wellness and gastronomy sector.

The establishment welcomes the restaurant of Peruvian gastronomy Maymanta, at the hands of the chef and gastronomic director, Omar Malpartida, which this year has achieved its first sun of the Repsol Guide in recognition of an innovative culinary venture and focused on a menu consisting of dishes made with Peruvian fair trade and local Ibizan products.

Located in the bay of Santa Eulària, the hotel has 145 rooms and suites, most of which have spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Formentera.

On the other hand, the hotel has a second restaurant, the Alabastro , located in the lobby and whose gastronomic offering is also directed by Malpartida. In this case, it offers a menu dominated by energetic colours, fresh ingredients and healthy dishes, which can be enjoyed by the pool.
