This weekend, Sant Antoni celebrates one of the most anticipated festivals of the Ibizan winter, the Flower which will take over the promenade again this Saturday with music, performances and surprises from 12:30pm for the little ones and from 8pm in the marquee.

But the program for the first weekend of festivities in Sant Antoni also has other attractions, such as the inauguration of the permanent exhibition of Molí d’en Simó this Saturday or the traditional rendezvous with the Festival de Balls, Música i Cançó Popular de sa Nostra Terra on Sunday at the Cine Regio.

Another interesting event for the weekend is the play ‘Oceania’, the theatrical and life testament of the playwright Gerardo Vera, interpreted by Carlos Hipólito, on Saturday at Can Ventosa.

Formentera celebrates the Mostra d’Espectacles Infantils (Children’s Shows) with several events throughout the weekend run by companies of musicians, actors and puppets.

The Teatro Ibiza hall has a full program this weekend, with the performance by José Corbacho and his monologue ‘Ante todo mucha calma’ on Thursday and the concert of the Blas Picón Blues Trio on Saturday.

And to close the weekend the Jesús Fun&Trucks on Sunday with food trucks, children’s activities and a concert by Lenox Lounge is a solid plan.
