The best plans for the weekend in Ibiza and Formentera

The long weekend will see an increase in cultural and leisure activities this weekend

The long weekend has caused cultural and leisure activities to multiply this weekend in Eivissa and Formentera. There are so many things that it is impossible to summarise and it is easier to look at the agenda each day and choose.

Among the most prominent are village festivals. Es Cubells, Cala de Bou, Sant Rafel and Pilar de la Mola are these days of celebration with activities for all audiences.

There is also a lot of music. This Thursday arrives the third edition of the Soul Food Festwhich this year features blues legend Willie Buck, who repeats on Friday at Teatro Ibiza. In addition, the fourth festival Jazz Point Ibizawith concerts from Thursday to Sunday in different venues, and for the lovers of harder sounds, ten alternative rock, metal and punk bands on Friday and Saturday at the Can Rock Fest at Es Birra, in Es Canar. And more jazz with Carlos Sarduy on Saturday in Formentera.

Another unmissable point of the program is the monologue ‘Chungo’, by the well-known Galician actor Luis Zahera this Thursday at Can Ventosa, although all the paper is already sold.

It is also worth mentioning the historical recreation days Antiqua Insula 2023 at the Puig des Molins museum, and the Fira Tardor d’Art of Formentera at the Centre Gabrielet.

There are many more things and they are here:
