The three cars involved are a Volvo SUV, a Hyundai 31 and a Peugeot 2000. Apparently, one of the drivers braked hard at the traffic circle and dragged another car over the traffic island, which collided with a traffic sign.

Whiplash
One of the drivers was evacuated in an ambulance from Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario to the hospital with whiplash and multiple contusions.
