Ca La Calma. Dining in paradise

Restaurant Ca La Calma is located in Cala de Sant Vicent, one of the most peaceful areas of Ibiza

Cala de Sant Vicent is without a doubt one of the island’s most laid-back locations. This is the setting of Ca La Calma, where the food, great atmosphere and relaxing music set the pace for the cooking.

Ca La Calma restaurant was the first Calm Club to open in Ibiza. The fish is one of the house specialities. It is supplied fresh from the fishermen’s llaüts (traditional fishing vessels), always a guarantee of sustainably caught fish.

Some of the fish highlights include the Ibizan classic bullit de peix and fish platters.
In this establishment the food is slow-cooked and is based 100% on a philosophy of local produce: from the sea and land of Ibiza straight to the plate, after careful preparation in keeping with local tradition.

Some of the meat is also locally sourced, always with a preference for Ibiza’s own. On the other hand, it is also worth noting that many of the fruit and vegetables are collected from the restaurant’s own farm located in Santa Gertrudis, thus conserving all their freshness.
