“Ibiza airport is like walking through a battlefield,” the tiktoker points out as he walks through different areas of the airport and shows hundreds of people on the ground. Summit is so shocked by the images that he alludes to ‘D-Day’ in his video, a term used to denote a day on which an attack is executed in a combat operation.
The images were recorded before the storm ‘Betty’, which caused on the island several delays and cancellations in both flights and boats. In the comments, other users of this social network indicate that it is a “very common” image. “I see it every day. I work there. It’s from a horror movie,” notes a tiktoker. Other users suggest in the comments that “they should adapt the airport to this situation”. The party animals, however, are not bothered by the situation: “It’s normal if you go to Ibiza,” says another. “The only thing I know is that if I go to Ibiza I won’t even be able to get to the airport,” jokes another.
In one week the video accumulated more than 2.7k plays and has gone around the world.
