The truth is that analyzing the rental market for luxury housing in the Balearic Islands we find that in the portal Idealista in Ibiza is about 500 properties (482 exactly) are listed on the portal Idealista, while in Palma (Mallorca), an island that is six times the size of the largest of the Pitiusas, has 711 luxury homes for rent.
Continuing with the Idealista portal, the most expensive villa to rent monthly in Ibiza is located in Jesús (municipality of Santa Eulà ria) and costs 150,000 euros for a 30-day stay.
