The works to replace the broken pipe in the auditorium of es Caló de s’Oli are progressing at a good pace after the Balearic Water Agency (Abaqua) approved by emergency the works. And it should be recalled that this area of Cala de Bou has been sufferring discharges of sewage since Monday at noon which, moreover, have been diverted directly into the sea.
Abaqua launched two coastal boats, in addition to hiring divers to clean the seabed and “minimize” the damage that the spills may cause, but the storm and rains are “hindering” their work, they say.
