The project to geolocate houses on the island of Ibiza, among other things to facilitate the work of emergency media in cases of assistance, continues today in Santa Eulària, where the Consell estimates that it will affect about 5,000 homes.

The institution carries out this initiative, framed in the project ‘Ibiza, Smart and Sustainable Tourism’, together with Red.es (which depends on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation) and the companies Vodafone and Kapsch.

In each of the houses will be installed “a plaque with a QR code and a unique code so that it can be identified”.
