The Andalusian hotel chain Senator Hotels & Resorts has acquired the hotel establishment The Beach Star Ibiza, an adults only resort located on the beachfront in Calle Coruña, in the bay of Sant Antoni, according to several media from the hotel industry.

The Beach Star Ibiza is made up of 74 “modern and affordable” studios and apartments, as advertised on its website, divided into five categories: standard studio, studio with pool view, studios with sea view, apartments with pool view and apartments with sea view, with free WIFI connection, plasma TV with satellite and air conditioning.

The establishment, from where you can enjoy the famous sunsets of the area, has been renovated, but will be remodeled to bring it in line with the Senator Hotels & Resorts style, the hotel chain reports.

Senator Hotels & Resorts comes to Ibiza

The consultant for this operation was Carlos Romero, CEO of Asset Management Spain Gestmadrid, who negotiated the conditions for the acquisition of this hotel for Senator Hotels & Resorts. “We were looking for the perfect enclave that would allow Senator Hotels & Resorts to come to Ibiza and meet the expectations that their clients have of their brand. The Beach Star Ibiza meets all the requirements,” explains Romero.

Although they have not announced a reopening date, they do assure that they will receive guests this season.

With this new opening, the chain will have more than 30 establishments nationwide, together with others in the Balearic Islands.
