The Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) has completed the tasks of landscaping and urban adaptation of the Ribera dockin the area of the storm tank of the port of Ibiza, where the ships of the line with Formentera moor.
As explained by the port agency in a press release, the work consisted in creating new green spaces formed by planters with native vegetation and shrubs.

The space has also been provided with new modular benches and three metal-framed pergolas with a wooden top finish, which provide shade to the area. In addition, other elements of urban furniture have been installed, such as litter garbage cans.
With these works, the APB explains that it continues to “the objective of developing integration between the port and the city, improve the environment and provide new spaces for citizens”. The works have had a total cost of 227,718 euros plus VAT. The company awarded the contract was Copsisa and the work began at the end of November.
