The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has activated the yellow alert in Ibiza and Formentera for this Saturday due to the risk of heavy rain, with accumulated rainfall of up to 20 litres per square metre, which may be accompanied by storms and small hail.
The yellow risk will begin at midnight and will remain active until 7.59 a.m. Saturday.
The probability of rain for this day is 95% until 12 noon and 55% from noon to night.
The minimum and maximum temperatures will be 11 and 21 degrees, according to Aemet forecasts.
For this friday, the chance of rain has dropped to only 20% until 6pm and 30% thereafter. The mercury will be between 13 and 22 degrees.
The sunday there is a 30% chance of showers until noon. The rest of the day will be clear and cloudy with no rain forecast. The minimum and maximum temperature will be 12 and 22 degrees in the Pitiusas, according to the forecast of the Aemet.
