A Skoda rental car was involved in a serious accident this weekend, but despite the accident, the occupants suffered only minor injuries. The car went off the road and fell into the ravine next to the road linking the airport and the Sant Josep road. The vehicle fell down an embankment with a drop of about five metres after having ‘flown’ about 30 metres from the place where it left the road.

Two roadside rescue teams of Grúas Ibiza have removed the vehicle by an adjacent road in a laborious and dangerous operation, because at that point there are many electrical cables that pass over the place where the car has had the accident.
