A total of 16 international artists of very different styles and techniques take part in the group exhibition ‘Art On! which will be opens this Friday, March 14, at 6:00 p.m at the gallery Building site23 of the Can Bufí industrial estate of Ibiza promoted by the artistic promoter Nina Vagic, and that will remain in this room during the months of April and May, from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by telephone appointment at 661330127.
“The exhibition promises to challenge the boundaries of contemporary art, offering a unique blend of media, styles and concepts. With a wide variety of works, ‘Art On!’ explores themes such as sensuality, transformation, imperfection and the depths of the human experience,” the organizers say in a release.
The exhibition brings together a collection of painting, sculpture, photography, audiovisuals and installations, “expressive works that navigate between the contrasts of beauty and decadence, order and chaos. art On!’ invites reflection and conversation, offering an immersive experience on the various facets of contemporary artistic practice.”
On view in the exhibition will be pieces by Polish watercolorist Agnieszka Midera, German abstract painter Aurel K. Basedow, the North American artist based in Ibiza Elisabeth Louy, the paper sculptures of Cuban Felix Semper, the fusion of craftsmanship and contemporary art of Italian Francesco Missoni Macapani, the collages of Venezuelan Ileana Mariotto, the multidisciplinary works of Argentine Li Ramet, the audiovisual installations of Italian Manuel Felisi, the combination of digital technology and engraving of the also Italian Matteo Mauro, the conceptual works of the Serbian Milena ZeVu, the expressive and colorful works of the Spanish Miranda Makaroff, the sculptures of the Italian Moris Bosa, the geometric abstractions of Pedro María Asensio, the photography of Roberto Palomba, the hyperrealist works of the Slovakian based in Sant Josep Robert Arató or the fusions of the Italian Verter Turroni.
