Taylor Swift, who had to cancel her international tour due to the coronavirus pandemic, has returned to the stage stronger than ever.
However, her debut in Lisbon, last Friday, May 24, has been marked by controversy, especially after learning of the artist’s surprising decision: to spend less than 24 hours in Portugal before heading to Ibiza, according to the Portuguese press.
The concert in Portugal did not go as expected. The show was delayed for 45 minutes without any explanation from the artist, which infuriated the fans, who, tired of waiting, tore down the fence to enter the stadium. The situation was aggravated by the intense heat, which caused tense moments among the audience.
Private plane to Ibiza
After the concert was over, the singer took her private plane and headed for Ibizawhere he had no professional commitments until the next concert of his world tour ‘The Eras Tour’, on May 29 and 30 at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.
It is likely that she was on the island until Sunday, when she was scheduled to attend the Formula 1 Monaco GP with her partner, Travis Kelce. What seems clear is that she has taken advantage of the island to rest from this musical macro-tour, with almost 30 concerts throughout Europe concentrated from May 9 to August 17.
