Christmas for all ages
During the first two weekends of December the activities Festicontes and Festiteatre will offer a program of storytelling and plays designed for the little ones in both the Teatro España and the Jesús Cultural Center. In total, there will be seven sessions that will also include the shows ‘Hai, la pescadora de somnis’ and ‘The magomic Show’, in which magic and illusionism play a fundamental role.
The program includes another two magic shows, among which is the session ‘+Allá de la imaginación’ in which the world-renowned Anthony Blake will offer a session with illusionism and mentalism in the Palacio de Congresos, on December 17th from 8pm. Tickets for the show can be purchased online (www.santaeulariadesriu.com) for 10 euros plus booking fee, or for 12 euros one hour before the show. On January 3rd and 5th, the shows ‘Ilusions Show’ and ‘La màgia dels colors’, both at the Teatro España, complete the magic offering.
Theater will feature in the activities of Riuland, but will also have offerings for adults. Thus, on the 23rd, at the Teatro España, the Peña Escénica offers its classic ‘Dinner for One’ in English (tickets for 8€ at Holidays and Holy-Sport), while on the 26th, at the Club Parroquial de Sant Carles, the AAVV Es Molí will offer the play ‘Èpoques’.
