The best plans for this weekend in Ibiza and Formentera

This Saturday Ibiza celebrates Saint Mary's Day with the presentation of the Gold Medal of the City to Manuel Ramón Mas and a concert by Pastora Soler, among other important events.

This weekend, the Festes de la Terra will take up most of the island’s cultural and leisure agenda. Today, Thursday, one of the main events is the night dedicated to youth in the Reina Sofía park, which will begin at 10 pm with the dance, theatre and song musical ‘Conectados’ and will conclude with a session by DJ Yor.D starting at 11:30 pm.

This Friday at 10:00 p.m., another important date is the Concert de la Terra of the Banda Simfònica Ciudad d’Eivissawhich will also take place in the Reina Sofia Park. The main courses will be served on the day of the patron saint of Eivissa, Santa Mariawith the awarding of the Gold Medal of the City of Ibiza a Manuel Ramon Mas at 9 p.m. in the cloister of the Town Hall of Ibiza and the free concert at 10.30 p.m. by Pastora Solerin the Reina Sofia Park.
