The Las Boas building is, without a doubt, one of the most representative architectural icons of Ibiza, thanks to its unique design and distinctive terraces.
Located on Paseo Juan Carlos I, right on the Marina Botafoc promenade, this luxury residential complex has caught all eyes. Designed by the renowned architect Jean Nouvel, winner of the Pritzker Prize, Las Boas has been offering for some time now the possibility of renting its exclusive homes, either to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the island or to settle permanently, if the budget allows. The views from their apartments are spectacular, ranging from Formentera to the old town of Dalt Vila.
The building’s structure is reminiscent of an Italian theater, with tiered tiers that open towards the sea, thus achieving a harmonious fusion with the surroundings. The façade comes to life with natural plants and flowers climbing up its metal structure, a landscape design created by Patrick Blanc, a specialist in vertical gardens.
The complex houses a total of 178 apartments ranging from 80 to 200 square meters, designed to accommodate between four and eight people. There are two-, three- and even four-bedroom options. All feature access to a stunning infinity pool, private cinema, spa, gym and a children’s play area. With a focus on art and design, each home is equipped with luxury furnishings.
In terms of prices, renting a standard two-bedroom, 115-square-meter apartment in Las Boas costs, according to real estate portal Idealista, between €6,500 and €6,800 per month. These homes usually also include two bathrooms and a large terrace, a common feature throughout the building.
