Villa Mercedes defends a menu with dishes in which the quality of its products and its traceability added to its signature cocktails are the calling card of the Grupo Mambo. The home-made ham croquettes, mussels in tomato sauce with kimchi or smoked octopus with parmentier potatoes and mojo sauce feature on the menu, alongside some house specials: teriyaki aubergines with seitan, the rice dish of the day or the Friesian T-bone steak.
The best Wagyu steaks, ribs or burgers, the grilled turbot with patata panadera (sliced, baked potatoes), or grilled calamari will make you want to come back time and time again to try the whole menu. The house cheesecake, the torrija with toffee cream or the mojito marinated pineapple are just three choices for ending a perfect dinner under the starry sky.

This restaurant, which is located in a genuine Ibizan beach house dating back to 1901, offers a complete and varied menu and a versatile adaptation of its spaces. With capacity for 150 diners, this establishment boasts three different areas; the terrace, presided over by the magnificent restaurant building, consisting of two floors with private balconies; the delightful garden or the inside areas.

Villa Mercedes opens from Monday to Sunday from 17:00, which is a good time to take advantage of the chill-out area with a signature cocktail and a delicious snack, such as hummus, tuna tartare or Lima cause with smoked salmon.
