Juntos Ibiza. A project that inspires change

Juntos allows you to connect with the land through gastronomy and other activities

When, after a busy life in London, Sophie Daunais and Christian af Jochnick moved to Ibiza in 2018, they decided they had to be part of the change to conserve and regenerate the Earth. They wanted a quieter life, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city, so they moved to the north of the island to contribute to the regenerative agricultural movement. They created Juntos (together), a project inspired by connecting with the land through gastronomy and other activities.

ยซOur project includes a restaurant, Juntos House, 70 hectares of regenerative agricultural land at Juntos Farm, a division of gourmet food products and a concept store,ยป explains the couple, who have two small children they want to involve in this natural lifestyle.

Juntos Farm is the soul of this adventure. A farm where the soil is reconstructed, and local species are planted and cultivated in harmony with nature. Juntos House, the restaurant, is directly linked to the farm with organic, fresh and local cuisine created by the chef Benoit Cadot. A personal style that puts a contemporary twist on the โ€˜farm-to-tableโ€™ concept, combining traditional cooking methods with refined and modern techniques and presentations.

Diners can enjoy a gastronomic dream in the heart of Ibiza either in the main dining room, on terrace or in the picnic area. And they can form part of the change.
