The leading chef from Malaga celebrates his second season in Ibiza with his star dishes at BiBo and some new creations that convey the brand’s relaxed, worldly concept

BiBo Ibiza Bay, the island’s first restaurant to bear the signature of Dani Garcia, is located in the bay of Talamanca, a laid-back setting that invites you to chill out. As the sun goes down and the day comes to an end, sitting on the terrace enjoying the flavours proposed by the Malaga-born chef is a pleasure for all five senses.

In the words of Dani García, BiBo Ibiza Bay represents, «the evolution of BiBo», where the product takes on even more of a starring role. An endless journey of flavours without forgetting the land they are presented in – home-grown products feature high on the menu here, with lobster from Formentera, the Ibizan red prawn and Ibizan tomatoes. You simply can’t leave without first sampling the Ibiza red prawn tartare with Madras curry and caviar, a star feature on the menu this season.

Obviously, a hint of the chef’s Malaga roots can’t be missing from the menu at BiBo Ibiza Bay with Andalusian-style fried fish, creamy ham croquettes, king prawns from Sanlúcar wrapped in fresh basil, or whole fried sea bass.
