The Teatro España in Santa Eulària will host the premiere of the oriental dance show ‘Ya Salam’, directed and choreographed by Nur Banu and organised by the Can Planeta Association, on Saturday the 20th of January at 8 pm.
“In these sad times for the world due to international conflicts and the crisis of values that exist, we have decided to offer these dances and give a little hope, with the common goal of raising awareness and warding off indifference, which is the worst enemy of peace,” they say from this entity.
Peace is the meaning of the title of this show, in which the following groups participate as guest artists Layali, Ibiza Tribal Clan, Banat al Nur and Yaron Marko.
Advance tickets can be purchased, for 13 euros, on the website santaeulariadesriu.com and at the box office, for 15 euros.
The creator of this show is Nur Banu, “internationally recognized for being a pioneer and introducer of oriental dance in Europe”.
The popular dancer and choreographer established her residence in Ibiza many years ago and is considered, along with her husband Yaron Marco, a reference of this artistic discipline on the island.
