Can Vadell is a bakery in Ibiza founded in 1923 by Joan Marí Planells, Juanito Vadell, and Josefa Ribas Juan.

Originally called La espiga ibicenca, it later became Can Vadell to avoid confusion. The bakery has been run by the Vadell family for a century, and they continue to use their ancestors’ recipes. The family’s unity and passion have been crucial to the bakery’s success.
