Transportation company Uber today announced the launch of its Uber Black service in Ibiza. This is a high-end service that can be requested from anywhere on the island.
Uber began operating in Ibiza in November 2023 with Taxi, Uber Comfort and Uber Van services and now the platform is expanding its offer. As reported from the transport company, “with Uber Black, passengers will travel exclusively in high-end vehicles” with the highest-rated drivers on the app.”
In addition, as they detail, Uber Black is designed for those users who “are looking for added value when going to work meetings, traveling to the airport or making a trip on the occasion of a special occasion”. Among the new features compared to the service already offered is the customization of the trip, since, for example, you can choose in advance the type of music, the temperature or travel in silence.
“With this launch, the Uber portfolio in Ibiza now includes the following services: Uber Comfort, Uber Van for trips in groups of up to six people, and from today, also Uber Black. In addition, through the Comfort Reserve and Van Reserve services, reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance”, they explain.
In addition, the company reports that the price of Uber Black is determined as follows: per minute, €0.3; per kilometer, €1.4; base price, €5; minimum price, €10; cancellation fee, €10.
