A taxi overturned on Monday on the stretch of road that connects the Santa Eulària road with the Cala Llonga road, just past the town of Jesús. The causes of the accident, in which the vehicle mounted the guardrail and travelled some thirty metres before overturning in the middle of the road, are not known.
The driver has suffered cuts by broken glass, while the other occupants were unharmed, although they were evacuated to the hospital by ambulance to check their condition.
The following have attended the scene two roadside assistance teams from Grúas Ibiza. A boom crane of the roadside assistance company has straightened the car. For their part, Guardia Civil traffic officers have regulated the traffic during the work of the operators.
Also, Xarxa Viària workers have removed from the asphalt oil remains engine oil and other residues.
