The Balearic Govern has announced that it will maintain the trade vouchers to help local businesses in 2023 and that 1.1 million euros will be allocated for this purpose.

The program is a stimulus for small and medium-sized businesses on Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera with a distribution this year of 73,344 discount vouchers.

The vouchers offer customers a discount of 15 euros for purchases over 30 euros in stores that are affiliated with the campaign #bonsillesbalears and each customer can access a maximum of four vouchers, which can be consumed one by one or all at once until they are all spent.

How are they used?

Each person over 16 years of age can access a maximum of four vouchers that can be used in a single purchase or in several purchases, in a single store or in various stores.

How do I get a voucher?

It is very simple and all you need to do is present your ID card or passport at a store participating in this initiative. The vouchers do not exist physically and you do not have to download any kind of document to benefit from this discount. The only condition is that the purchase must be made in person, not online.

Which stores on Ibiza and Formentera offer this discount?

The establishments that have joined the program display an image of the campaign in their shop windows or in somwhere visible in the premises. Currently there are some stores in the Pitiusas that have already exhausted their assigned vouchers, but they will receive them again in 2023.

In total, there are 54 stores on Ibiza (24 in Vila, 15 in Sant Antoni, 1 in Sant Josep and 14 in Santa Eulària) and 6 on Formentera.
