Santa Eulària joins the Fira d’Estocs and Tapaví on Saturday

More than 50 local shops, bars and restaurants will be taking part in the double date with commerce and gastronomy

This Saturday Santa Eulària is bringing together the Fira d’Estocs and Tapaví celebrations to give a boost to local businesses at the end of the season. More than 50 shops and restaurants will take part in both events, which will also feature music and various workshops and children’s activities. In addition, a competition is being held on Instagram through the Santa Eulària On profile in which 1,000 euros will be raffled off, in 20 vouchers of 50 euros, to be able to make purchases on the same Saturday in the businesses participating in the Fira d’Estocs. There will also be free parking for those attending the fair.

“Both events are intended to showcase the variety and quality of what the municipality has to offerboth in terms of local commerce and restaurants. And highlight, above all, how the end of the tourist season does not mean that all local supply hang the sign ‘closed for the end of season’, so it is worth trying new restaurants or take advantage of the quality in the treatment and supply of products sold,” said yesterday from the City Council in a note.

Both activities will take place between the streets Sant Jaume, Sant Vicent, Sant Llorenç and adjacent. From 10 am and you can walk through the sample of commercial products of the Fira d’Estocs, which will offer 37 brands, five more than last year. Among the stalls you can find bargains on clothing, toys, electronics or florist, among others.

The Tapaví

For its part, the Tapaví will be used so that all those who visit Santa Eulària can, in addition to shopping, enjoy the varied gastronomic proposal and at popular prices offered by the municipality throughout the year. Thus, fifteen restaurants, breweries, pastry shops and ice cream parlors will offer a sample of food from different countries, as well as a variety of products, from local dishes to hamburgers.

Visitors can purchase tickets for food (five drinks for 20 euros, at four euros each) and drinks (five drinks at 10 euros, at two euros each) and then exchange them for the dishes presented by each of the establishments.

In addition, there will be a tasting contest with which to choose the best tapas ; the verdict will be decided between the vote of a jury of professionals in the sector and the assessments of the public in the social networks of Santa Eulària ON. To participate, you have to enter the Instagram profile of Santa Eulària ON, share the publication of the contest and tag a friend. The prize is 20 vouchers of 50 euros each that will be delivered on Saturday at 11 am and will be used to make purchases at the stands of the fair.

In addition to the trade and catering offer, visitors to the two events will also be able to enjoy musical performances starring Swingin Tonic, The Rosemary Family, Esta me la sé, Groove Garage and The Metrallas.

And the little ones will be entertained with a session of the children’s movie ‘Patrulla Canina, Superfilm’, at the Teatro España at popular prices and different workshops and games.
