This network operates on a membership basis with fixed rates, and drivers who fail to pay fees to Rodrigo are expelled. Despite its illegal nature, the service is publicly advertised, including through its own website. Rodrigo, known to earn up to 400 euros daily from these activities, has a controversial past, including a recent indictment in Argentina related to a money laundering case connected to a prostitution network. His operation in Ibiza, while lucrative, has faced minimal legal repercussions, with only one recorded infraction in 2018 leading to potential fines and vehicle confiscation.
