A passenger on a ryanair flight from Ibiza to London tells on social networks how the plane was delayed for more than three hours and they did not receive any kind of explanation from the company. “It was the worst flight of my life.”he assures.
In the video uploaded to Instagram, Paula shows the sequence of everything that happened this Saturday at Ibiza airport. The flight was supposed to leave at 20.45 hours, but it was not.
“After waiting more than an hour on the plane they put us in on a bus in 33-degree weather, no air conditioning, with babies inside, all sweating, nervous, we didn’t know what to do. They wouldn’t open the bus doors for us. We had a very bad time,” she explains. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the events occurred in the middle of the heat wave on the island.
“They said that the air conditioning was not working and the doors were jammed. What a coincidence that both buses had that problem,” said the passenger.

“There was agitation and nervousness.”
Paula explains that they were then put on a second plane and there they continued to wait without anyone explaining anything to them.
“I asked a flight attendant for information and told me information on what. She wouldn’t tell me anything,” she says indignantly. In addition, she assures that another of the flight attendants whom she had heard speaking Spanish on the first flight “later did not speak Spanish”.
Added to this situation of nervousness and uncertainty was the heat. “They didn’t offer us water and they wouldn’t let us pay for it either,” she says.
When the passengers were already desperate, he explains that the Civil Guard arrived. “We thought it was to help us, but no, it was to take several people away.”he says. “The steward started pointing to take them away, when no one was violent at any time. There was simply agitation and nervousness,” he notes.
The flight arrived almost at three in the morning at its destination and Ryanair has not yet given them any information about what happened that night.
