Agents of the National Police in Ibiza have arrested three men, two of Argentinian origin and another Italian, for a crime of injury, following a fight between the two Argentinians and the other detainee, in which more people were involved.
The events occurred last Sunday, around 7 o’clock in the morning, in a bar in the port area of Ibiza. A man went to the bathroom and left his cell phone on the table, and when he returned it was gone.
The victim’s friends observed how when their friend was going to the bathroom, another man, presumably the Italian, stole his phone.
When they realized it, the friends went to reclaim the phone from the thief, and he took out a box cutter and began to cut all of them, so they began to throw chairs and thus began a scuffle between the two parties until a police patrol arrived.
When the officers arrived they observed several men with cuts and the Italian with blood on various parts of his body and cuts, so they alerted an ambulance, who assisted all the injured.Several of them had to be moved to the health center to practice stitches.
The agents, who recovered the stolen cell phone, arrested three of those involved in the fight for a crime of injury.
