The victim received three bullet impacts with entry and exit holes in the skull, and another three in the right leg, with entry and exit holes, which caused a complex femur fracture and removal of the entire right femoral arteriovenous bundle.

With this diagnosis, he underwent emergency surgery for about six hours by teams from the Neurosurgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, General Surgery and Traumatology Units.

The patient underwent facial reconstruction, the fractures were fixed with external fixators and a vascular bypass was placed on the femoral artery, according to the information provided by the Polyclinic.
