Roberto, a Bilbao native working in Ibiza, was forced to change his life when his rent was raised from 600 to 2,300 euros per month.
Unable to afford it, he bought a camper van and embraced a minimalist lifestyle. He now lives in an open field near Talamanca beach along with many other workers who have settled there. Despite the illegality, they have no other affordable options and believe in their right to housing.
They adapt to the challenges and support each other in this unconventional living arrangement.
