A historic house in Ibiza, about 500 years old, is for sale for 10.8 million euros. It is called Palace XI palace XI, dating from the sixteenth century, is located in Dalt Vila, an area declared a World Heritage Site in 1999.
The house, with four floors, was acquired by the current seller when was in ruins and embarked on a thorough restoration between 2014 and 2018, as explained from the real estate agency Charles Marlow Ibiza to the publication Mansion Global.
