Famous Ibiza-based DJ injured in flight

The news was announced in a statement on their social media

The South African DJ and producer, Black Coffee, has been injured on a flight from his private plane on his way to the Argentine city of Mar del Plata to perform one of his shows.

According to the information available at this moment, the flight in which Coffee was traveling suffered tremendous turbulences and as a consequence of them the producer would have been injured. Currently, according to a statement uploaded to his social networks, he is hospitalized and “in the best medical hands” to recover.

The Grammy-winning DJ and producer was scheduled to play at Day Zero in Tulum, Mexico, on Friday, January 12, and at a show in Istanbul with Pete Tong on January 13 this week.
