The Ca La Calma restaurant exudes love for the local cuisine. Directed by Jesús Cardonathis family-run establishment, located in the Cala de Sant Vicentis characterized by using authentic products, such as fresh fish supplied by two local fishermen every day. Depending on what the sea has to offer, they have varieties such as roe, John Dory, grouper, dentex and monkfish, which means that the menu can change and that on bad weather days there is no fish available.

In addition to fish and rice dishes, the menu also includes cuts from two high quality breeds of cows such as the Rubia Gallega and the Retintawhich arrive every week directly by plane from the south of Spain.
And, to put the finishing touch to a succulent meal, the lovers of the desserts find in the homemade flaó, a typical Ibicencan cheese and mint tart, the perfect option.
